Erythritol: This sugar alcohol produced by fermentation of fruit (glucose), and has 60% sweetness of sugar, but is not absorbed into the body.
Enzyme-treated Stevia: This is produced by enzymatic reaction of the raw material obtained from the herb (stevia).
Although it is 200 times sweeter than sugar, it is hardly absorbed into the body.
